Lauren Mendez, L.Ac., CN, CMTPT is a CO and CA state licensed acupuncturist and herbalist and is nationally certified in Oriental medicine through NCCAOM. Lauren has furthered her training in orthopedic acupuncture and Neuropuncture™ over the past 9 years through her continuing education. She is passionate about offering an effective, minimally invasive solution to common sports and overuse injuries to her patients. She also holds her certification in holistic nutrition through Bauman College. Lauren has a background in classical ballet and is an avid hiker and runner. She has been trained in Shiatsu, Tui Na, and Craniosacral Therapy and holds her advanced certification in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, also known as Dry Needling. Lauren loves human anatomy and offers an intuitive touch.
